Cobalt Telephone Technologies Ltd is in essence a telephone solutions house. We specialise in the development and delivery of voice and touch-tone driven services that streamline the business operations of organisations that operate in both the UK and Northern Europe.

Our core skill remains the creation and smooth implementation of self-service environments in which callers, using telephones, can write to, receive or manipulate information held in central databases. This typically results in a ticket purchase or a payment or a stock movement of some kind.

As fixed line telephones have become increasingly complemented by mobile phones and other GPRS enabled devices with data capabilites our focus has broadened. We incorporate some of the very latest speech recognition, VoIP and mobile phone based technologies into our latest deliverables. And to powerful effect.
