Cobalt Telephone Technologies' Operations Team has been shortlisted for the British Parking Awards 'Back Office Team of the Year'.  This is the third year running in which the company has reached this stage in the prestigious awards and follows on from their success in 2008, winning the coveted Marketing Award.
Since 1st February 2009, First Great Western rail travellers that use their phone to purchase their parking space are paying less than if they had used coins or cards in the conventional parking machines.  Discounts of 10 per cent or more are given to those choosing to use the RingGo service.
South West Trains is extending a trial of a new cashless payment system to eight more station car parks on its network - bringing the total to 18.
More people travelling from First Great Western stations are being offered fast track parking, with the announcement that eight additional car parks are launching the RingGo service.  From today, people parking at Bodmin, Bridgwater, Clifton Down, Falmouth Docks, Frome, Gloucester, Liskeard and Weston-super-Mare can pay using simply their mobile phone and a credit or debit card.
