The closing weeks of 2009 have seen a swathe of Local Authorities roll out RingGo cashless parking.  Already the clear market leader RingGo has doubled its local authority base over the past year, providing an unrivalled UK coverage of more than 40 Councils.  The latest six local authority launches offer several key landmarks.

Cobalt Telephone Technologies has reiterated its focus on customer care, with the appointment of Denise Orford as Senior Account Manager.  This key new role is responsible for managing the relationships with the large and rapidly growing number of Cobalt Local Authority customers - a prime focus of which is the 40 or so local authorities, now offering the RingGo service. 
Cobalt Telephone Technologies, UK leader in payment processing to the parking industry, today (4 November) announces that Jacobs Certificated Bailiffs are to use its services to directly handle calls into their debt processing centres.  The solution will divert routine calls away from costly call centres, freeing resources to handle more complex calls.
Lancashire County Council has become the very latest authority to offer Cobalt Telephone Technologies' secure, automated web and telephone PCN payment suite.  From 3 September, motorists in Lancashire, who receive a Penalty Charge Notice from the Council, can pay the fine online or over the phone, using the self-service, automated payment solution.
