UK football club Manchester United FC has completed testing of the 60 line IVR system installed by Cobalt at its Old Trafford ground in April ready for live operation in support of ticket sales for the 2001- 2002 season.
Cobalt today completed the Phase 1 upgrade of three separate IVR applications used by Tesco's dedicated third party maintenance provider Maintenance One.
