Cobalt Telephone Technologies, UK leader in payment processing to the parking industry, today (4 November) announces that Jacobs Certificated Bailiffs are to use its services to directly handle calls into their debt processing centres.  The solution will divert routine calls away from costly call centres, freeing resources to handle more complex calls.
Lancashire County Council has become the very latest authority to offer Cobalt Telephone Technologies' secure, automated web and telephone PCN payment suite.  From 3 September, motorists in Lancashire, who receive a Penalty Charge Notice from the Council, can pay the fine online or over the phone, using the self-service, automated payment solution.

From today (9 June), finance directors, fleet managers, accounts departments and employees can wave goodbye to hours of expenses claims paperwork with the launch of RingGo Corporate.  Companies signing up to the service will enable employees to pay for parking without cash at more than 1200 sites across the UK on a business-provided RingGo account.
Over 7,000 parking spaces a month in Oxford City Council car parks have been paid using the RingGo service.  The service was launched a year ago when just under 1,500 parking spaces a month were being paid for by phone.
