Barnet web payment portal goes live on schedule

Customers wishing to pay London Borough of Barnet parking tickets can, from today, use a web portal as well as the existing Cobalt supplied 24-hour payment line. 

Delivered to Barnet's required deadline of October the 17th, in order to be live for financial week 30,  this new service has been introduced as a natural complement to Barnet's exisiting PCN telephone payment service and Parking Permit renewal line.  These existing Cobalt services were introduced by Barnet during 2002 and have both proved highly successful.  The PCN payment line proved particularly effective and has at peak times been responsible for collecting as much as £25,000 of PCN revenue each day.
