| Cobalt Telephone Technologies has, for the third year running, been
recognised in the industry-leading British Parking Awards. The Cobalt
Operations Team was the only entry to be Highly Commended within
their category - Back Office Team of the Year. The commendation was announced by former top political correspondent, and star of Strictly Come Dancing, John Seargeant, at the Annual British Parking Awards lunch, on 6th March 2009, in the Dorchester Hotel, London. Described as a "stand out" year in terms of the quality and quantity of entries, the dedication and passion that Cobalt's team show towards both RingGo and PCN customers was highlighted by the judges. The number and variety of voluntary commendations and positive feedback included in the submission, from Private Operators, Local Authorities and Members of the Public, clearly impressed those making the awards. Joanna Miller, Technical Director of Cobalt Telephone Technologies and Operations Team Leader was extremely pleased to receive the commendation. "Every day, Cobalt staff go beyond people's expectations in delivering excellent customer service. The culture of our organisation, and of this team in particular, is to serve customers to the very best of our ability.
