Easy NC-Peasy thanks to Cobalt

Cobalts swift reactions were put to the test this month in response to a fast moving request from National Car Parks (NCP). Having secured a partnership in support of leading low cost airline EasyJet, NCP wanted to ensure that all of the required elements of service required were in place. Building on the close relationship established through other work Cobalt was able to provide NCP with a fully functional speech recognition based enquiry line to serve requests from Easyjet passengers across Europe in less than three weeks flat.

Currently scripted in English, but with French and German versions scheduled to be introduced in Phase 2 the enquiry line allows NCP to provide 24-hour service efficiently and cost effectively.
