Twas the night before Christmas when all through the office not a thing stirred .... except, as it turned out, the fax machine.
In the last hour of business on 24th December Cobalt was delighted to conclude a commercial agreement with County Parking Enforcement of Northampton for the provision of Cobalt's hosted automated telephone payment collection service. Preliminary discussions had been progressing for over a year.
County Parking is one of several small, but fast growing, private parking enforcement contractors that work in support of organisations such as universities, hospitals and out of town retailers who are seeking to outsource the day-to-day enforcement processes that necessarily underpin the fair and controlled use of their car parks. CPEA anticipate a significant increase in their share of this market during the coming year.
The agreement, by which CPEA will commence use of the service on the Tuesday after Easter, provides a further fixed price option for CPEA to addittonally take the Cobalt web-payment facility at any time between September 2005 and June 2006.
