Cobalt today completed the Phase 1 upgrade of three separate IVR applications used by Tesco's dedicated third party maintenance provider Maintenance One. The ATAS application originally supplied by Cobalt in 1997 is undergoing a phased upgrade process to enhance functionality and to provide seamless integration as cut-over takes place to Maintenance One's new Oracle based maintenance support system. ATAS is one of three separate interactive voice response applications in use by Tesco and supported by Cobalt.
