Lancashire County Offers Automated PCN Payments with Cobalt Solutions |

Lancashire County Council has become the very latest authority to offer Cobalt Telephone Technologies' secure, automated web and telephone PCN payment suite. From 3 September, motorists in Lancashire, who receive a Penalty Charge Notice from the Council, can pay the fine online or over the phone, using the self-service, automated payment solution.
For motorists, the main benefit of the service is that they can pay their parking fine at any time of day or night - seven days a week - and do it quickly and easily using their credit or debit card. Usage of the service in the first week has been good, with 7,000 people using it each day.
The service provided by Cobalt to Lancashire County Council integrates directly into the Council's back office enforcement software, provided by Spur Solutions, making it easy for the Council to monitor and keep track of payments.
