Customer Care is Key for RingGo |

Cobalt Telephone Technologies has reiterated its focus on customer care, with the appointment of Denise Orford as Senior Account Manager. This key new role is responsible for managing the relationships with the large and rapidly growing number of Cobalt Local Authority customers - a prime focus of which is the 40 or so local authorities, now offering the RingGo service.
Denise brings a wealth of experience gained across the parking industry, in both public and private sector roles. Most recently, as Business Consultant for Civica, Denise managed the end to end process of customer care for a variety of key accounts, liaising between customers, Sales and IT to develop customer-focused solutions and resolve any service issues that arose.
However, it is her previous experience which is particularly relevant for this new role. Having spent more than 10 years as part of the parking management team, focused on managing parking and traffic appeals and parking shop activities for the London Borough of Kingston upon Thames, and previously the London Borough of Sutton, she is keenly aware of the positive and negative pressures local authority Parking Managers incur.
"These days Parking Managers are being placed under huge strain" she says. "They not only have to manage increasingly tight budgets, they also have to satisfy the demands of motorists, management, and elected Members, who are all looking for improved services, too. With the current economic climate adding to pressures, Parking Managers are looking for suppliers that provide a proactive, reliable and responsive service, and that's just what RingGo offers."
